Spring is starting to spring and what a time of year for cheesemaking!! Spring cheeses are often the best as milk is at its peak at this time of the year.
On the night you'll be greeted with a glass of sparkling and a canapé, then we will have a tasting of 5 different cheeses, each carefully matched with a wine. We will also have a couple of our favourite cheese & wine pairings from 2026.
You'll hear the stories of the cheeses and the people behind them, and why the wine has been paired with it.
These are fun and informative evenings, and a great way to dive into the world of amazing cheeses and wines.
