Come and discover the amazing pairings of soft cheeses and fine wines.
We will start with a canapé and some bubbles followed by a degustation of 5 soft cheeses, each matched with a wine. We will dive into the differences between a triple cream, double cream and a gooey washed rind.
On the night you will hear the stories of the cheeses and why they have been paired with the wines.
These are fun and informative evenings, and a great way to dive into the world of exceptional red wines and amazing cheeses. We'll have nice vinyl playing to keep things fun.
