These beautiful and dense hard wood cheese boards have been carefully handmade from reclaimed Tallowwood sourced from a 100-year-old house in New South Wales.   Made by Matthew, Supercheeses brother, these boards are unique and very limited in number.

Tallowwood is an endemic species to Eastern Australia, the tree these boards came from is likley to have been over 300 years old.
