We are teaming up with Patrick Walsh from Cellarhand Wines to celebrate the incredible cheeses of the French and Swiss Alpine regions, each served with a carefully matched wine.
Hear the stories of the cheesemakers and the winemakers, and why the wines have been selected to go with the cheese.
Think a Vacherin Mont d'Or-style cheese, aged Swiss Gruyère and French Comté, several types of Swiss Berkäse. Patrick will bring along some his favourite wines to match.
There will be a glass of Sparkling and a canapé on arrival .
We'll have nice vinyl playing to keep things fun.
