Come celebrate the incredible cheeses of the French and Swiss Alpine regions, each served with a carefully matched wine.
Hear the stories of the cheesemakers and the winemakers, and why the wines have been selected to go with the cheese.
Think a Reblochon-style cheese, aged Swiss Gruyère and French Comté, several types of Swiss Berkäse and we will finish the evening with the gooey delights of a baked Fromage des Clarines.
There will be a glass of Sparkling on arrival and a canapé of Tête de Moine curls.
We'll have nice vinyl playing to keep things fun.
