A Journey from Curd to Comté Cheese & Wine Masterclass

Come on a journey from fresh curd to Fort-aged Comté!!
We will start with a canapé and some bubbles followed by a degustation of 5 different cheeses, each matched with a wine. We will dive into the alchemy of what is cheese making.
On the night you will hear the stories of the cheeses and why they have been paired with the wines.
These are fun and informative evenings, and a great way to dive into the world of exceptional cheeses and amazing wines.We'll have nice vinyl playing to keep things fun.
