Let's celebrate Bastille Day with a Masterclass of French cheeses matched with carefully selected wines by the Supercheese team.
We will start with a canapé and some bubbles followed by a degustation of 5 French cheeses, each matched with a wine. Think Champagne with a Triple Cream, Loire Valley goat's cheeses with Pouilly Fume, Epoisses with Chablis, Beaufort with Alsatian Riesling, and Roquefort with Sauternes.
On the night you will hear the stories of the cheeses and why they have been paired with the wines.
These are fun and informative evenings, and a great way to dive into the world of exceptional French cheeses and fine wines. We'll have nice vinyl playing to keep things fun.
